Very professional and helpful! I would definitely come back to use them and will keep their information. I will definitely recommend them as well. She was quick to get in with us, and so thorough. I did go to the inspection and would recommend it. You get so much more out of it if you show up, than if you just read the report later. Now I have a good, sturdy list of what to expect and invest my time/money into that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Got an inspection done using this company. The inspector came back with everything was great on our house to only find out as soon as we moved in he missed numerous red flags. We now have to purchase 10 piers within a month of buying our house. Strongly suggest using a different company.
EDIT: Owner wanted me to call her so she could apologize. Not reimburse me my $400 inspection fee, not help with repairs. Just because she wanted the review off. They really care about their customers! I have uploaded ONE of the many missed problems so other customers can see. She mentioned being a small business so I guess that means when things go bad they’re so small they can’t make things right.

I used home inspection services on my new home purchase this year! A separate company inspected the home we sold and when comparing the old home and new home inspection it was more than apparent Branson and ilene at home inspection services not only did a far more thorough exam of the new home (spent 3-4 hours inspecting my 2k sq ft home), they treated it as if it was a home they were purchasing themselves. They were prompt, professional, followed the cdc guidelines for covid and provided a high quality easy to read inspection that made it far easier for us to request some things to be corrected. The old home inspection done by a different company was short to say the least (not in a informative or professional manor) he was in and out in a hour, and provided a rough hard to follow inspection that had me calling and asking questions. I would recommend home inspection services to anyone looking to make a quality decision on purchasing a new or old home. I sure don’t like surprises when it comes to buying a large ticket item and I can bet you probably wouldn’t either when buying a new home. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Ilene and Branson were phenomenal. They conducted a thorough and professional inspection. They were knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The next day we recieved a detailed report which included pictures of the issues they pointed out. We highly recommend Home Inspection Services.

Great experience! This is not my first home purchase and thereby not my first inspection, but I am wowed by the level of detail in the report. It was convenient to combine the roof and termite inspection. During the walk through of the findings, everything was explained in terms I could understand. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I appreciate that this step in my home purchase was easy and brought peace of mind.
